Charles Ferry

Charles (Chuck) Ferry is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of APR Energy and concurrently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Duos Technologies. He is a decorated combat veteran with more than 35 years of senior leadership experience in the United States Army and the private sector, with deep expertise in operations, global deployments, and leading complex organizations through periods of growth and transformation.

Chuck previously served as CEO of APR Energy from 2016 to 2020, overseeing a global fast power fleet exceeding 2.2 GW, 800 employees, and operations across 17 power plants worldwide. Earlier in his career, he was General Manager and Vice President of ARMA Global Corporation, where he led rapid growth and successfully guided the company through its acquisition by General Dynamics.

Chuck retired from the U.S. Army in 2009 after 26 years of active-duty commanding Infantry, Ranger, and Special Operations units. He completed 48 months of combat deployments in Somalia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. His awards include the Silver Star Medal, Bronze Star Medal with V and Four Oak Leaf Clusters, Combat Infantryman’s Badge (2d Award), and Master Parachutist Badge with Combat Jump Star.

Lee Wilson

Lee Wilson is a financial and operational executive with more than 30 years of experience in public and private consumer and commercial enterprises, where he has held positions such as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He specializes in finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, treasury, structured financing and reorganizations.

The main sectors of activity are specialized financing, retail, banking, automotive and transportation, telecommunications, investment management and insurance. Currently, Lee serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the External Audit Committee of Group CCF, a commercial and retail bank based in Paris, France.

Lee is a strategic advisor to a Fintech’s Board and Executive team aligning interest amongst stakeholders. His many past and current experiences as a board member and/or senior executive include My Money Group, Bawag P.S.K., Off Lease Only, Chrysler Financial, Carrier & Technology Solutions, CorePointe Group, Vanguard Car Rental (Alamo/National).

Andrew Murphy

Andrew Murphy is Chief Financial Officer of APR Energy and a finance and accounting executive with more than 20 years of experience across private equity backed and public companies, with senior leadership spanning finance, commercial operations, and investor relations.

He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of a shared services platform in the construction and homebuilding industry. Previously, Andrew was Chief Financial Officer of Duos Technologies from 2022 to 2024 and spent nearly a decade at APR Energy in progressively senior finance and commercial roles. During his tenure, he supported more than $800 million in long term customer contracts, contributed to the structuring of over $700 million in asset focused debt facilities, and played a key role in a strategic acquisition exceeding $300 million in the temporary power sector.

Earlier in his career, Andrew worked in public accounting and the waste management industry. He holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA from Jacksonville University.

Chris King

Chris King is the Chief Operating Officer of APR Energy and an operational and commercial executive with more than 20 years of experience across the energy and supply chain sectors. A proven global operator, he has led teams of more than 500 employees across multiple continents.

Chris has held a range of senior operational and commercial leadership roles at APR Energy since 2010, including oversight of commercial operations, plant operations, and supply chain. During his tenure, he has led strategic acquisitions and integrations of power asset and project portfolios valued at more than $750 million and has played a key role in closing more than $1.5 billion in power projects and asset acquisitions. He also previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of Duos Technologies from 2023 to 2025.

Earlier in his career, Chris held operational leadership roles at CEVA Logistics, including serving as a Lean Six Sigma Leader driving global process improvement initiatives. He holds a BA in International Economics and an MA in International Business from the University of Florida.

Joseph DiCamillo

Joseph DiCamillo is General Counsel of APR Energy and a legal executive with more than 35 years of experience practicing law and over 20 years serving as General Counsel to public and private companies in the global energy industry. He has also served on the boards of several joint venture companies. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, government and regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and insurance and risk management.

Joe previously served as General Counsel of APR Energy from 2018 until its assets were sold to New APR Energy, advising the company through complex commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters. Prior to APR Energy, he was Vice President and General Counsel of Studsvik, a publicly traded company in the nuclear energy sector. 

Joe brings deep international experience and an operational, results driven approach to company legal affairs. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
